I’m the developer of Space Corgi and I’m looking for price validation.
Space Corgi is an Horizontal Shoot ‘Em Up for PC/Steam where you control a Cyborg Corgi on his journey through space while going against a vicious alien race.
The Game is inspired by multiple classical Shoot ‘Em Up from consoles and arcades from 1970 to 20XX like Gradius, R-Type, Thunder Cross and is NOT a Bullet Hell, but it takes some features and mechanics from those games.
This video is a hard test case to showcase some of the gameplay and test enemy behavior.

Some key features which makes the game stand out vs other games of similar genre:
- > The player can Stop Time, this isn’t a bomb like the one from Mao Mao in Sonic Wings. The Time Stop mechanic is an active part of the gameplay, for example, the player can stack bullets, extend the duration of power ups or unlock hidden paths in stages, etc.
> Most of the enemies react to the player’s actions, for example, the parasitised moai enemy will become a spinning death trap if only the body is destroyed, so the player should try aiming for its eye instead.
Features:
- > Classic Arcade Gameplay: One hit player deaths, limited lives and continues.
> 8 Levels with different enemies, bosses and gimmicks for each stage (For example the moai is an enemy from the second stage and the gimmick is Gravity).
> A branching Gradius-like Power Up System.
> Fruit Score System: destroyed enemies drop coins and/or fruits, pick up a fruit to grab every coin on the screen, each additional fruit will increase a combo causing enemies to drop even more coins. Fruits are dropped by enemy groups and hidden in invisible chests through every stage.
> No RNG/RNG-less.
> Multiple Difficulties.
So, How much would you pay for a game like this on Steam?
