I have a HoneyBee Adapter to play any format SNES games with any Super Famicom (JP/NTSC) or Super Nintendo (NTSC).
I used the SFC to play Japanese games through the Framemeister, but any North American released games don't seem to show any video. Audio comes through, but no video.
We also tried through my friend's SNES Mini (North America/NTSC) and got the same result using American released cartridges.
The cable I'm using is this:

I tried messing with Sync Level but that didn't seem to yield any results (no video, only audio still).
Might anyone have run into this issue or know of a solution?
EDIT: So I also tried with my NTSC Super NES and the cable works fine.
Results:
1. No video signal displayed when playing US Games on Super Famicom (Japan). Audio only.
2. No video signal displayed when playing US Games on SNES Mini (USA). Audio only
3. Video signal OK on US Games with SNES (USA). Audio OK also.
Might anyone know the reasons for this? Was there some sort of signal difference or restriction if one tried to play SNES games via a Japanese Super Famicom (even if using an adapter)? It's weird the SNES Mini wouldn't show video although a standard, full-size SNES would with my cable to the Framemeister. Thanks, all.
