My guess is that WTN and 漆黒の羊 have figured out a way to score more points on the 1st loop and probably 2-6. With WTN talking about a possible 780m score, NAL or someone should be able to push the B-ship score much higher.

(japanese rule) in games with infinite loops the first player with 10,000,000pts win the target.

Two things to note: 1. This shows that Arcade 1.0 does give 10mil score extends on the 2nd loop. (Someone posted a while ago that it didn't, so I avoided trying to 1LC the 1st loop - Maybe its worth me giving it a go now . You too NTSC-J).

2. He only scores 138mil on the Harahara loop, so I'm starting to feel more re-assured about my 186mil.

No, the second loop in 1.0 only gives you the first point-based extend. That's why he scores so little and doesn't try to milk.
