Best way to play modern arcade games in windows?
I have read about stuff like teknoparrot, Whats my best bet if i wanna play some pokken, modern mario kart arcade, and some shmups made after 2010? I appreciate this forum so much!

There likely isn't a single best way.
From what (little) I know it sounds like you're on the right track with Mario kart. You might find another emulator/build is required for other titles.
The key thing I would like look into is then which controllers and whether or not something like joy2key or some other re-mapping tool will give you the controls you are after.
Beyond that I don't know if there's at least close home versions that might be a bit easier to run than the native arcade versions for some of these kinds of titles?

The shmups I wanna primarily find some stuff not as well known that still got a full arcade release, big fan of cave and the likes - I have a 360 so I can play lots, but I am jw if there are ways to play modern revisions of stuffgray117 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 31, 2023 9:55 am There likely isn't a single best way.
