3 lives, extend at 4000000, Normal difficulty. If someone wants to split for autofire, I will do so. There are known differences between Tiger and Cobra, so they're being split. Although the player sides have unique green weapons, they are not being split because the best play for both sides does not involve these weapons.

-For the "Arcade Mode" in Plus, do not use Player 1; there is a scoring bug which allows it to obtain slightly more points than normal.
-The alternate power up settings in the port are also banned.

It's done. Surviving to stage 5 makes quite a difference.

:D just bought it for my saturn (it was a very good deal,only 50 euros,but karma is circular so with hyper duel,blast wind and image fight/x multiply i've got a serious wallet punishment :P )

red and blue weapons are not a total wastes if you can tap them fast...or autofire them.

'1-sissy' strategy: use 1P side, use green weapon, bombspam and pointblank bosses (preferably with autofire)

Kyukyoku Tiger II

drboom - 7,511,900 - ALL - 1p - Yes - PCB

Wanted to knock this one off for years and while my Kyukyoku Tiger 1 pcb was out for repair, dedicated myself to the 1cc. This was hardly any sort of optimized run and took a death on the two large planes in stage 2 and just grinded out the rest, not grabbing any additional power ups once full. I don’t think I’ll be pushing this up any time soon as I got my Kyukyoku Tiger pcb back and have started learning the loop again!
