I mainly play backups of my games, to keep the originals in good shape. I have been able to convert PS2 CDs into DVDs recently, thanks to some advice on forums. Through these forums I have learned that you can convert most PAL games into NTSC. This would be very handy for games that I just can't seem to find the NTSC versions of. I could just make a few adjustments and back it up as a NTSC game.
Has anyone done this with some PAL games, and has it worked? Any glitches, such as flicker, frame skips, or sound errors?

Just stick to NTSC where you can! I can't imagine a PAL game getting close to NTSC standards. PAL games don't hold value at all so copying them and putting them in a vault isn't going to get you rich anytime soon.
I just don't see the point of this exercise at all.

This industry has become 2 dimensional as it transcended into a 3D world.
Yes i believe you hold O and triangle upon bootup, go to color mode and set to NTSC and set Y position to auto (most games) if not try the offsets. Also last FW for Matrix Infinity is 1.93, so update it if you have toevil_ash_xero wrote:Oh really? I have Matrix(infinity, I think it's called). You mean that will play PAL games properly?
