Nah, I volunteered for this one, it only took me a few hours, and again, I'd pass it in front of a few native-speaking critics before finalizing it. A mention in the credits would suffice. :)

I also realized that I forgot to look over the menus, I'll edit this post with those corrections once I tie up that loose end.

EDIT:

1 - "Torpedoes" is spelled incorrectly at the top of the "Help" screen.

2 - "Gunpower" should be two words.

3 - Not sure if "have a fun" was done on purpose, but if you're going for proper grammar take the "a" out.

4 - The "I" in the opening statement on the Credits screen should be capitalized.

That's all I found offhand. Also, feel free to ask if there's any specific gag I made in the script that you don't get, I can try to explain it.

EDIT 2 - While I'm at it, one last suggestion, especially if you plan on using my script, which is wordier than the original: a "press b to skip" insert or a "turn all story off" selection in the Options menu might be warranted for those who want to get down to the action quickly.

EDIT 3 - I actually just caught an error in my script; "flyer" should be "flier" in the ending segment. I'll add more if I find any...

Heh, well, the dialogue is less important than the other stuff, so definitely get to that first. :) Good luck!

Hi, your text is gorgelous. It is really hits the point and style. Thank you very much. Of course you are in credits :)

No, desura still has an old version. Is on my todo-list. Just need test some steam features like achivmets/leaderboards did not broke anything in pure PC release :)

1cc'ed it on hard. I think it needs the option to reassign controls, i'm more comfortable with keyboard but default layout is not good for me so i played on gamepad. Also i feel that last boss is easier than stage 5 boss, though maybe it will be harder without bombs. Another nitpick: looks like it's hard to get good rank on stage 3 on hard difficulty. I understand that for a better rank you need to kill more enemies but it seems those flying from all directions enemies have too many hitpoints. Though i'm not a very good player maybe there is some way to kill most of them. Overall i though it's a pretty nice game.
