Nice job Ord, wasn't so hot on this before but you really sold me the port (if it turns out ok). Are those little nazi flags on some of the enemy ships btw ?
English isn't my first language so I'm treading thin ice here but is the first sentence under Rose medals really correct ?

Just ad a "t" in the middle of "is" and it's perfectly fine. It's a word that won't be noticed by spelling checkers so this easily goes unnoticed.Last Guardian wrote: English isn't my first language so I'm treading thin ice here but is the first sentence under Rose medals really correct ?

Good stuff Ord, well written. You' have sold the game to me if I didn't already have it. ^_-

Yep, Brave Blade is Raizing's last. Many don't consider 1944 to be part of the Raizing history - I've heard some some say it's part Psikyo, for some reason.Dylan1CC wrote:But was Brave Blade really the last Raizing/8ing devved shooter? Because 1944 The Loop Master was released in 2000 also....

Regardless of whether or not it's part of their "history" it's still a Raizing/8ing game. If anything, the charge gauge in the game actually makes it more like "194X meets Giga Wing" since charging the gauge and using it causes your plane to be shielded from enemy fire for a few moments.
But yes, I know what you are saying now. Brave Blade was the last, true blue shmup devved by them for them. I will now stop splitting hairs.

Nice review! I've given this game a shot in the arcade a few times, but I usually don't get anywhere, so I can't wait to have this at home.
The title doesn't actually mean rose garden, though, but I guess it's close enough.
BTW, the whole website is really nice, and I just read all your other reviews. I didn't even know your site existed. Maybe you should plug it more. Or maybe I'm just clueless as to what shmup sites are out there?
