Nintendo seems to be the only one that gives a shit about games. Monster Hunter, Dragon Quest.... Bayonetatata.... Orange and blue and ropes doesn't seem to be a good investment in the long tail.
well, getting MH from under Sony's nose was an impressive and extremely agressive move though , as someone who has played every MH game, left me slightly befuddled that the G revision of the wii version had switched platforms (plus other cross over in MH3rdP) so whilst i really want to fight the warping Narga i'm a little bit done with -3-. For me personally - fuck it - i wanted MH4 on the Vita if it had to be on a portable. MH3G on 3DS looks great and the perceivable depth makes a big difference but MH4 looks like unadulterated shit. I know this is extremely shallow, but i've played this game since 2004 obsessively and i just want to see it's graphic engine get a large boost.
DQX is largely very average as a DQ also throw in that it's an MMO. It's -extremely- accessibly though but it runs out of steam quickly and i can't see any reason to pick it up if you have another means to play any of the number of better MMOs.
Obviously i wouldn't bet about DQ11 being on 3DS , but i don't think that series is completely locked down. PS3 is also a possible for DQ11.
Mobile social cardgames for cellphones and 1st p. generic western shooters. Ah, good times.
Mobile is -the- massive growth area in Japan (Well, pretty much everywhere, but here mobile is insane). Puzzle & Dragon is the new king.
