Looks like this will be my first PSP import. Here's hoping Darius Gaiden and a few other shooters are included too. Maybe we will get TATE this time although Layer Section on a flipped PSP would probably kill a few hand strings. :p And please, please, please give us New Zealand Story arranged!
October 27, 2005 - The PSP is the perfect environment for classic arcade releases, as Namco found out with its early portable version of Namco Museum. Taito is at last following suit with some PSP retro gaming of its own. The publisher announced this past week plans for Taito Memories Pocket for the PSP.
Following the pattern set by its PS2 counterparts, Taito Memories will include a number of classic arcade titles from the 1980s. In all, we can expect twenty games, including such classics as Crazy Balloon, Elevator Action, Kage no Densetsu and New Zealand Story. Of these games, four of these will also be playable in newly arranged form, with new items and other bonus features.Taito Memories Pocket will make use of the PSP's wireless LAN play features for multiplayer play. A Japanese release is set for January 5, 2006. Sadly, Taito will be pricing this like a full title, at 5040 yen.
Not just no Darius Gaiden, but actually no Taito F3 stuff in there. It looks like a watered-down Volume 2 with some V1 games added. I think I may be passing on this one.

I think I will too. This is sounding like a really half hearted effort.
