
It's a book on video games, published in 1982. For reference, the whole video game crash thing started around 1983.
There's just so many awesome quotes in here. In the first few pages:
"Have you seen that guy with a grey beard at the corner machine? He chunks down one quarter after another, but his games never seem to last more than sixty seconds. Don't laugh, that may be me."
"If someone offers you stock in Atari or gold - take the Atari. It's better than gold."
The most interesting chapter is the one on future games. Things the book correctly guessed: vibrating controllers, remote network gaming, computers in every household taking over arcades, subscription services for video games.
