As ud said, YJ through a surrogate bidder is about your only chance. I actually had this one sent to a friend and I picked it up while I was there last week. I just happened to stumble into Mak JP to pick up a few things, and saw one in there. May be gone by now. You'd need a Tokyo resident to pick it up for ya.

I've got two issues for sale right now. August and September for $10/ea. if you want them. They cost me $14 here on the island.
