Not really. Those are usually the same "word" doubled up. Here, we just have some kanji:

弾 (dan) <-- bullet
銃 (gan) <-- gun (oh!)

Basically, romaji is meaningless except as a pronunciation aid; the correct characters are the whole point.

Getting close to breaking the default high. Lost two lives at the very beginning of stage 3 - I don't know why. Took the last hit on the boss, where I usually don't have trouble.
