Both Blazing Star and Under Defeat do this.
ChoRenSha replays your entire run.

One of them gave me some Touhou vibes but the rest of them just looked like traditional kill-the-player-asap patterns.
these days CAVE only seem capable of just flooding the screen with bullets for their final patterns (DFK).
That attack can be dodged, though i've only seen it dodged once and that was on that DVD. Though the super plays I've seen seem to handle the pattern with only a few bombs so I suppose DFK final pattern is fair enough. This pattern though... i just don't know. I could hardly see it cause the player kept dying and bombing. Can't blame im'.

The strategy is probably the application of strategic flailing.

I don't like the way you get points for killing each form.
It will be VERY annoying for the WR guys, you should slowly get a lot of points while lasering the boss and not big points from forms IMO.

What's the difference if they have to kill all of it in 1 credit for the score to count anyway?

This isn't anything new; I'm pretty sure that's how it works with all bosses, including Zatsuza. You do get points for shooting at things though.
Your score might be worse than a Hibachi score if you can't get past the first form, but I don't know if the resulting points for doing so well to get Inbachi (including the No Miss bonuses) would counteract that.

Also, I think the people on the 2ch topic linked in the video description have found that the conditions for Shot/Laser might possibly be Rank 30 and 30,000 Max Hits.

I know, but if you can't clear it in 1 credit, you could still get some very good points for surviving long, now you get almost none.

So, that final pattern looks like they took DOJ's final pattern, made it twice as dense, and then slapped it on top of DFK's final pattern, forcing you to dodge both at the same time.

That's the kind of thing I would joke about adding to one of my games.

I liked the derivative Hibachi moar.

Doubtful since the patterns are the same for shot/laser/expert on the "normal" Bachi.

If this has a 2nd loop, I won't be picking up the console port.

Oh god... Second loop would probably make me regret buying it.

I'll buy it, but I won't take the game seriously in scoring.

What if it had something like Saturn Mode in the original DonPachi, which had an extra level and you got to fight lolibachi regardless of loop requirements?

The loop requirements are my least favorite aspect of the DonPachi series.
Well, that and the loli. Hibachi? Really?

I believe it is safe to say this has no second loop, considering that according to an interview about DFKBL, they removed the second loop in response to players making statements like “I want to play the second loop, but it’s annoying to get there” or “I want to fight Hibachi, but the second loop is annoying.” The chance of them turning around and making it much harder to get a second loop is very slim, considering they kept the choice of Autobomb and they made the real TLB able to be faced regardless of type (unlike Zatsuza).

Another inbachi video:

lol the guy out-waited inbachi and she self destructed after time out. No bonus points afterward.

I have a line to a guy who wants to translate Inbachi's battle quotes, but he also wants the ending sequence after she's beaten. Is the ending for beating Inbachi different from Hibachi?

Maybe, there is a second looped locked with even tighter conditions like more hits, more score and a higher rank...

It would be a nice compromise for the people who want a second loop and the ones who want to play a "True Final Boss" without going trhough the hassle of a second loop (Because it should be a conscious and hard option to acces the second loop)

People who want a "second loop" can play expert. That throws out a lot more shit at the player.

I bet that's in reference to this being the final game (or not). There is no second loop.

Well, the game also has the kanji 完 (KAN) at the end of the title, which specifically means The End, usually used for books and films. So this probably will be the last ddp game. They made enough anyway. Time to focus on some new stuff, or perhaps a new Mushi game :D
