It's a californian Limited edition. Probably just comes with free carbon credits or information on fuel economy. Seriously thought that is hilarious. I'll have to keep an eye when i'm shopping next time.

im trying to remember where i got them....
either Zehrs in waterloo, or loblaws in mississauga.. i bounce back and fourth between the two since im all over the place
I live in the same city where those are distributed (actually, less than 10 miles away from me), and I don't remember seeing these in the supermarkets here. Must be a Canada-exclusive LE. I believe they are actually grown in Mexico and then processed/distributed from here.
What the hell? Limited edition strawberries? Dont eat those, those are GM foods! But seriously, the soundtrack and artbook thought also came into my mind.
This is my signature. It's so unique, nobody else has it.
My 1CCs so I can find the list easier myself <Despatche> you've been a thorn in the shmups community since the beginning, you're largely responsible for the horrible face of modern speedrunning

Oh, and it has to warn you that it might cause cancer too.

ironically enough, i didnt end up eating those strawberries. they were already beginning to rot in the store when i bought them and i didnt even notice.
i guess i'll keep them sealed then price-gouge them on ebay in a couple weeks. can you sell fruit on ebay?
Just a little bit of rot gives strawberries character.
They'll start to go even before they get buzzed. Now, if everybody else was pawing over the packages looking for the best condition limited edition strawberries, maybe that would give you pause, but you have to blow on the car...er, wash the strawberries before eating.

I think you mean they are grown by Mexicans. I drive by strawberry fields in Orange County - and that's who grows them
