Disc-only as in not available on GoD yet, or that they were simply released in physical format to begin with (so no XBLA titles)? Assuming the latter:

Can anyone tell me the best way to get the PAL-only DLC for DDP Resurrection? I'm in North America. I saw somewhere I could just link my PayPal account to a UK XBL account, but it's not working.

I asked this same question back when it was released and someone linked me to a site to buy EU points an it worked like a charm. I'll dig through my email to see if I can find it...

Sorry to bump this thread, but just so other people are aware, I just tried to use the above site and he says that he no longer can accept orders from people outside of Denmark (citing unspecified concerns about getting in trouble for it). Don't know if you're exempt from that rule if you're a returning customer, but I wasn't able to complete my purchase in any case.

For my case, I have a friend in the UK who can buy a point card for me, so I'll be OK regardless.

You can also link a PayPal account to get the Euro DLC. I did it without any problems.
