On my original PSU, it had a cable running from the AC 100IN to a small AC Out.
On the new RS PSU, it doesnt seem to have the small AC Out port.
Any ideas? I've attached a picture for reference.

Yes! I actually made a video of how to do that without buying the 250 dollar stick with a handle tool approved by Tyco Electronics to do the job.soupbones wrote:It is a stereo harness -
One thing I did notice last night while playing around with it was if I turn odwn the volume on BOTH the PSU and the PCB, I still get that buzzing...
A guy over at Arcade Otaku has an idea - but I'm a little nervous about trying it since it involves some rewiring. http://forum.arcadeotaku.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=17263
Is it possible to pop out the wires from black connectors?
I might be able to Friday (26th) or Sat (3rd of Sept)soupbones wrote:Sweet! I was about to buy one of those extractor tools - perfect timing![]()
I might take you up on your offer - If I don't get this thing fixed, I'm going to lose my mind soon!
The guy who wired this thing was really sloppy - finding all sorts of clipped grounds, stripped wires, etc. I'm going to attempt feeding the sound amp like the guy on arcade otaku suggested, and if that doesn't work, I think I'm gutting it and starting from scratch.
What do you think of that guys suggestion? Sort of makes sense since thats what was happening on my NVS.
When would you be able to swing by? probably makes more sense to pick up this PSU (if you still want it) then to pay for the shipping (it's a heavy piece).
