All I wanted to say is apple your a good friend to let him off like that, imo real friends are greater than a scratched up game disc I gave a friend £300 so he could go on holiday and to this day he is considered a good friend of mine and I know if the shit ever hit the fan he'd take me in

I'm pretty sure he probably knows that. Unless he is twelve, to which he probably wouldn't be living with a friend, so I think we can rule that one out. He clearly stated the situation and came here to vent, not to get a talk from Dad.
