The last entry in my Hints file is for Stage 6-3, got killed by the old-fashioned regenerating meat wall (gosh I hate those).

I swear I've seen this stage before, but my score before didn't reflect beating the three Moai bosses (in fact I reached a new highscore when two of them were still bouncing around). Could be that I made the difference up by letting the ice stage boss time out and by blasting more Moai and stuff throughout Stage 5 with double.

It took me a while to get back to where I had been before, the last score I got was about 100K less.

Yesterday's score. That time I got hit by the second of those waving indestructible moving tentacle things, for shame. I was too far forward on the screen and it lashed straight out for me as soon as it appeared. It's a negligible improvement, but it does put me over 400K.

There's a question: what are others using to play this?

I have SPs but I also have a DS Lite (bad pad) and have used that. I could use a Hori pad + the GB Player.

My life setting is 1 life.
