Windy cabs are one of the hardest to rotate as there is no monitor frame. The tube is bolted directly to the plastic cab with the help of 2 metal handles. The monitor PCB is mounted on a seperate shelf inside the cab. The windy I bought had an unsuccessull rotate and cracked the neck. Sounds just like the Pony cab. If you want easy to rotate you want either an original Egret of Egret 2.

I can't remember if I saw one of these or not...if its what I think it is (with a 33" screen) then its like the egret and rotates easily on a pivot/base.

That is the one with the 33 inch montitor. It looks very nice.

If you plan to rotate the monitor a lot (get horizontal and vertical shmups) you probably want the domy. Ask the owner how easy it is to rotate it.
