Well, Japhei did do all that advising on the creation of Ikaruga or whatever the hell it was - maybe he's making this one for Cave, funded by Icy.
In fact, that's probablyexactly what's happening. No doubt about it.

■同人活動の終了と、今後の活動について■
同人ソフトサークル上海アリス幻樂団は、8月に開催されるコミックマーケット76での
新作ゲームの頒布を最後に同人としての活動を終了し、活動の場を商業へと移行しようと考えております。
今回の決断要因の一つとして、東方という作品が、自分の考える同人という規模を超えてしまったことがあります。
上海アリス幻樂団を応援し支えてくれているファンの皆さんに、自分は何を貰い、何を目指し、何を返せばよいのか、考えてきました。
インタビューなどでも答えていますが、上海アリス幻樂団は「東方」を作るためだけに結成されたサークルでした。
思えばはじめから「作品」ありきだったわけで、そんな自分がその作品に押される形で商業化というのは、とても“らしい”ことだとも感じております。
「東方」にはまだ遣り残したことがあるといえばあるのですが、それはまた別の機会にやり遂げたいと思います。
今回の自分の決断について、皆様の感じ方はそれぞれあると思います。
今までの上海アリス、および東方Projectへの応援、本当にありがとうございました。皆さんが応援してくれたから頑張ってこれましたし、次の目標を見つけることも出来ました。
そしてこれからも、どうかよろしくお願い致します。
