Well then, here's my little list:
Rei: Tsukihami no Kamen (Fatal Frame Wii): A really good entry in the Fatal Frame series. Situation of the title overseas is all sorts of messed up (google it if you're interested), it's a shame they haven't released it elsewhere.
Disaster: Day of Crisis: An action game that has a bunch of different gameplay modes. It's about terrorists seizing weapons of mass destruction when a series of natural disasters hit and stop the normal defense measures from working.
Another Code: R - The sequel to the Another Code DS game (which did come out in English, but I forget the title). A solid, but very text heavy, adventure & puzzle game.
Paul no Daibouken (sometimes Paul is translate as Pole) - WiiWare platformer with a great sense of humor that makes fun of 8-bit platformers. Lots of Mario jokes. My fiance and I played this one together and we had a blast. 0% chance of it being translated imho, which is unfortunate.
Ougon no Kizuna - Action-RPG (more action) from Jaleco. I just got this one in the mail, no idea if it's any good or not, as I haven't played it yet. I'll just list it on faith.
428 - Fuusa Shibuya no Naka De: The visual novel that got a 40/40 in Famitsu. Incredibly well done and well written with a good storyline, but it's still a visual novel. That is, there's not a lot of gameplay and the majority of the time you're reading text & staring at still pictures. Not for everyone but the quality of the writing makes it fantastic if you're interested.
Captain Rainbow - A very quirky adventure title from the Chibi-Robo team. It's not an amazing game, but it's got so much personality and strange humor that it's a blast anyways.
One I haven't played but has gotten a decent amount of positive buzz: Arc Rise Fantasia: Very, very traditional JRPG from one of the guys behind the early titles (maybe just the first one) in the Tales series. Have heard mixed things about whether it's getting an English port or not.
-------
And a few that were formerly Japan only but just got announced for elsewhere:
Tatsunoko vs Capcom - Yay crazy beat-em-up!
Fuurai no Shiren 3 - Waaaay easier than the other Fuurai no Shiren games, and the graphics are -terrible-, but the game is still a lot of fun.
Fragile - An adventure game that's said to have a great story and worldview but mediocre gameplay. Haven't played it myself but it did look interesting. Is officially getting a US release now.
Contra Rebirth - I don't think this is officially announced for anywhere other than Japan but there's a 99.9% chance it will be released elsewhere. Classic style Contra WiiWare game. Totally awesome. Gradius Rebirth took many months to come out elsewhere, so this one might take a while too.
