I haven't bought anything new for many years, so I am really not up to date on the current trends and technologies.
Back in the day, I carried a
XP 105 as a main arm and an old
SS 30 as a sidearm, and these were good enough since I did not participate in any large scale battles, only small-ish skirmishes.
I really like the XP 105. Decent reservoir size without being too large and cumbersome, with nice balance to hold, and it pressurizes extremely quickly, so if you got close enough to a target, you could empty the entire reservoir in a single stream if you held the trigger down while pumping and still maintain decent pressure/distance.
My XP 105 has held up pretty well, although my 30 broke down rather quickly.
