My main problem with DJ Max Portable 2 is that it seems to DRM your savegame file to your physical hardware for no good reason. Meaning it disallows your savegame if you try to load it up on a different PSP unit... for those of us with multiple PSPs this is a real problem, especially for a game like DJMP2 where unlocking stuff takes significant time.spongdangly wrote:I also have a fat psp with 3.90-3 M33 and the 1.5 kernal addon and I'm able to play DJ Max Portable 2 with out any problems. You might also want to check out PSP Revolution, it's DDR (stepmania) on your psp.JusteZero wrote:Really been meaning to import DJ max portable2, the damn 1.5kernel deletes the korean font though.
PSP version of Noiz2sa and rRootage

I didn't realise that any psp games had that sort of bs savegame protection. If you want everything in DJ Max Portable 2 unlocked the easy way just put CWCheat on your psp. That's what I did, cause some of the stuff is to hard and takes way to long to unlock.Thunder Force wrote:My main problem with DJ Max Portable 2 is that it seems to DRM your savegame file to your physical hardware for no good reason. I knew DJmax was entirely english ingame.... I just figured that the PSP menus would still need the Korean font... sorta like Star Soldier needs my Japanese font for the save file etc.
Well I'm glad to be proven wrong, thanks for the heads up.
Either way its reassuring to know when I get a slim and lite I can still bust out the Nois2Sa when I need a 5 minute shmup fix.
