Anyone know where I can get a set of revised Strider ROMs with all the music for the CPS1 board? Or how I can fix mine with the new sound?
I've got a swanky USB EPROM burner I've never used, so I'm sure I could use that. Does the fix require desoldering or is it on socketed chips?
Any help would be appreciated!
Strider PCB sound ROMs?
Strider PCB sound ROMs?
<@scootnet> if you were a real gamer, you could jerk it to Super Metroid box art

It's ROM 9, from memory replace it with strider.09 from the main MAME romset. It's socketed, really easy.
Correction: it might be strid.09 you need - that's what I sent a friend when I dumped my board with good sound.
