I'm having no mobile either, I guess I'm quite a weird guy after all.

I haven't seen The Wire. Is it as good as they say?
Yes it is.Quite slow to put the main story on but very addictive. It's looks like OZ but outside. There are somes OZ actors by the way, like Keny the Adebisi's bitch
Wow! There's a blast from the English past. It was of course good stuffAre You Being Served? - I almost have every episode on my DVR.
The sheer badassity of the holodeck compensates for the lack of other quality entertainmentMadSteelDarkness wrote:the depiction of a sterile/militarized/rock'n'roll-free future starts to chafe a bit.
Amen! I've been trying to find a Headcoats tshirt in order to spread the good word about this band but I don't think they existIt goes without saying but your avatar is the shit neon.
My wife and I love this show. Light hearted and quite fun(ny)! It's one of the few shows I can watch the same episodes a few times and not get sick of it.D wrote:US comedy: Psych
Started in 2006. Shawn is kind of like a early Jim Carrey (pet detective 1), but he doesn't bite Jim Carrey too much. Funny stuff. I like how Lassiter is being ridiculed and also how he always introduces Gus.

Give it a try and let me know what you think. It might not be for everybody. But if you like Ace Ventura 1 I think you should be able to appreciate this. Shawn reminds me of a frined from when I was younger, always got plans to do this and that and always dragging me all over the place.
Another very enjoyable show that my wife turned me on to (I'm not a big TV watcher so I'll check out stuff she's into). I just finished season one and I still need to fill in some gaps in season 2 (it's hosted on NBC's site if you missed any season 2FRO wrote:Chuck

One of my professors really liked it but I didn't like her because she was always so vocal about her unoriginal opinions. Supposedly it's really DEEP but for genuine depth you could read a book on philosophy or something rather than watch a piece of entertainmentKindGrind wrote:Is Battlestar Galactica (the "new" one) any good? Yeah...it's not bad. The source material (The novel 'Wizard's First Rule' and the following books) is WAY WAY better and far more badass.undamned wrote:My wife and I have found ourselves watching this the past few Sunday nightsmaxlords wrote:Legend of the SeekerNot very deep but the visual quality is wonderful and the story is kinda fun.

I would definitely check out Spaced and Black Books. Little Britain and The Mighty Boosh are a little more 'acquired taste' but good if you like it. If you like The Office there's always Extras.szycag wrote:Hmm yeah I think I need more british comedies, all my friends are really impressed with IT crowd
Spaced looks good, also need to look into Mighty Boosh some more. Any others that really stick out?
