That is assuming you are stretching the 3:4 resolution to 9:16. But arcade lcd cabs like the vewlix simply render the 3:4 image in the middle of the screen, with black bars on the top and bottom. It may not look pretty, but until we see real 9:16 vertical arcade games, it will have to do.
