Recommend me some sexy shmups.

Looking at the games I have, I am left with a feeling of familiarity with their themes. After much soul searching, I realized that what was truly missing from my meager collection was a sexually oriented shmup game. Many of you have had experiences with these titles so if you can, please hip me to some of the ones worth playing.

What exactly do you mean by "sexually oriented"? Having sex somehow related to its playing/scoring mechanics or just having sex scenes between levels? If it's the first option, I have no fucking idea, and don't even know how that would be possible. o_o

There are the two ports of "Steam Hearts" for the PC Engine and Sega Saturn consoles. If I remember correctly, the SS port of Steam Hearts has been tamed down a bit compared to the original version for the PCE, right?

There is the MD cart of "Divine Sealing" that fellow shmupper, Ceph, warns us not to add to our shmup collection -- has a poor shmup gaming engine to begin with. Ceph's right as usual.

There are a few others that are mostly console-based. I don't recall of any such arcade PCBs except for Sexy Parodius PCB from Konami (which was more or less a parody of Gradius with slight sexy overtones but nothing "over the top" in terms of content).

You'd have better luck with such douijin PC shmup titles that deal with that subject matter.
If you want T&A anime style, you might want try out both Sammy's 1998 released Sexy Reaction Pachinko and Sammy's 1999 sequel follow-up of Sexy Reaction Pachinko 2 on Mame, Mame32, etc. They aren't shmup based arcade PCBs to begin with but mainly deal with Japanese pachinko themes running on the Sammy/Seta/Visco-based SSV mobo setup. It used to be quite HTF in order to play them on emulation, especially with the SRP-2 dump. Give 'em both a spin and see if you like them or not.

the only steam hearts with the hentai content is the PC-98 version...both the PCengine and saturn versions had that stuff removed....not a very good game anyways.....

just have a look through some doujin sites and you will definitely find some hentai shmups

You might want to try out the PC doujin shmups of Genocide Circuit 1 & 2 -- both have some good shmup gaming engines to digress/play through.

Sven, try Joy2Key (if you are using windows) - it will convert your gamepad-presses to keyboard-presses.

at times, at a stretch, you could call it sexy. at the very least, in the more advanced stages it is wholly disturbing.
