I was wondering if I could have some help with coming up with all of the shmup titles that released in the US. I need some help from you shmups gods!! I’m mainly concerned about the SNES, Genesis, and every system afterwards.
Here is what I have so far. Sorry, I don’t know much about the most systems.
SNES:
Aero Fighters
Axelay
Biometal
Earth Defense Force
Darius Twin
Fire Power 2000
Graduis III
Phalanx
R-Type III
Raiden Trad
Space Mega Force
Super R-Type
Super Nova
Thunder Spirits
UN Squadron
PS1:
Einhander
G Darius
Gekioh - Shooting King
Nanotek Warrior
Mobile Light Force
R-Types
R-Type Delta
Raiden Project
Raystorm
Raycrisis
Rayforce
Sol Divide
Striker 1945
Thunder Force V
Viewpoint
PS2:
Gradius V
Gradius 3 and 4
R-Type Final
Silpheed
Mobile Light Force 2
Chaos Field (coming soon I think)
Gamecube:
Ikaruga
These are all I could come up with, and I don’t know much about the Saturn or any other system. I would be very grateful for any help you could give me. Thank you very much!!

Dreamcast: Gigawing, Gigawing 2, Mars Matrix, Gunbird 2, Bangai-O and Cannon Spike (debatable)
PS2:
Castle Shikigami 2
PSOne: Space Shot, Sanvein
Rayforce didn't get a PSOne release, it did however show up on the Saturn as "Galactic Attack".
Chaos Field is supposedly forthcoming for the Gamecube. I think Star Soldier got a GC release too.

It did, but never a US release, I believe.Skyline wrote:I think Star Soldier got a GC release too.
No matter how good a game is, somebody will always hate it. No matter how bad a game is, somebody will always love it.

Don't forget D-Force (not to be confused with Darius Force aka Super Nova) on the SNES.
Better yet, do forget it.
