Soukyugurentai: Question for those with an un-modded Saturn
The reason I modded my system back in the day was because Soukyugurentai didn't play properly with my ST-Key. It had a weird grid that showed up during the first stage(at least).
I have read that a second release of Soukyu came out and addressed some of these problems. Does anyone here have first hand experience with this?

I've not had first hand experience but its pretty common knowledge that the main benifit of Soukyugurentai Otokuyo is that it works on a modded saturn or a non-NTSC-J Saturn with a Pro Action Replay.evil_ash_xero wrote:The reason I modded my system back in the day was because Soukyugurentai didn't play properly with my ST-Key. It also plays fine with a Sega Satellite, an Ultra Madness Replay Pro, and the Ultra Madness 4MB Turbo Key.HardcoreOtaku wrote:I've not had first hand experience but its pretty common knowledge that the main benifit of Soukyugurentai Otokuyo is that it works on a modded saturn or a non-NTSC-J Saturn with a Pro Action Replay.evil_ash_xero wrote:The reason I modded my system back in the day was because Soukyugurentai didn't play properly with my ST-Key.
