Gotcha! is a cool idea (it simulated a paintball capture the flag match) but it's also disgustingly easy. Even on the hardest difficulty I can loop the game over and over until I just quit. And it's not just me, anybody could who felt like it.
Barker Bill's Trick Shooting and Hogan's Alley are superb. Both are made by Nintendo and feature a handful of different mini-games (like Duck Hunt). And, the Duck Hunt dog even makes an appearance in Trick Shooting, and you can shoot him!
To the Earth is an unfairly difficult but interesting game. You shoot at ships that zoom around in space FAR too fast.
Chiller is horrible but allows you to play two-player using two Zappers. Unfortunately, the hit detection is completely fucked. I still kind of like it though.
Although, the best Zapper game I've ever played is Freedom Force, hands down. It's got lots of different levels, excellent challenge, upgradeable weapons, and plays more like the arcade light gun games of the time. And, you actually get to shoot PEOPLE. It's great fun.
