Unlike the guys above, I'll be waiting for $600
Well, if they made a print run similar to Pink Sweets, it won't get below $900 for a new kit before it sells out. I really hope they've printed a large bunch of these!
I like the way the character seems to let out worried shrieks when close to bullets However I find the constant voice repetition of the large beam very grating. I'm glad I'm not that interested in the game actually, I can finally ween myself off buying Cave games now
I played 2/3 credits this week (courtesy of Nev)... Well, it's not my cup of tea stylewise and gameplaywise, but it's indeed interesting and funny to play. Catchy, I'd say. Kind of a surprise

i agree, im not into the theme and artstyle of this game at all..
the destruction of everything, is the beginning of something new. your whole world is on fire, and soon, you'll be too..
Cool. They confirm the only requirement for the 2nd loop is a NO MISS. They also say if you fiddle with the live stock or enable "invincibility", the 2nd loop won't appear even if you no miss.
Manpuku mode looks very similar to Pink Sweets' Harder mode.
the only thing that puts me off is how prolificly cave are releasing shmups on their SH-3 hardware. you wouldn't really want to drop a small fortune on this several months after release, only to have cave announce a new ketsui or ddp ......

That's why they're not aimed at consumers.

Thanks! Very interesting how he milks the bosses most intense patterns with bombs. I understand the suiciding is to get more bombs, but I wonder if its helping any on the rank side of the equation.
I love the Raizing style bosses, and those helicopter designs look better than Ketsui!
Thanks for the link TWE, but there is another file on the site as well.

I do like the look of MMP...it is on the high side to buy at the moment!..
I nearly purchased it...but was advised by Vinh to wait on...Ibara black label was more of the wiser investment & less money lost in the long run.
But really i do not buy to sell...i love to play cave.
GaijinPunch wrote:But not as much as MMP has the potential to. In theory, it will be about $800 less than now in a year.
Yes indeed, you're right there. I'm not so sure how low MMP will ultimately go. If they printed a low number like Pink Sweets, then it will bottom out at $900 if we're lucky (MMP certainly seems more popular than PS though).
I hope they printed a shitload like Galuda 2, then we'll be seeing $600 kits in about a year from now.
Only watched the 1-2 vid, but man, this game looks like tons of fun. The enemy design is great, I just can´t get enough of those Raizing airships with huge aiming turrets. The stage 2 boss first pattern is the most irritating bullet spam I´ve seen in a while.
I was searching for current sellers of MMP and came across a JAPJAC site where he wrote this;

Out now in Tokyo. My good God, this game is absolute balls. Shockingly bad! I don`t know what hardware it is running on but it looks worse than Esp Rade! The game moves at about 5 frames a second, most fucking jerky piece of shit I have seen in a long time! I can`t believe this is supposed to come from the same people that gave us the Godly Ketsui.
When you play it you will see what I mean.
JAPJAC isn't Japhei is he? That dodgy trader mentioned in the Trading section?
