Same with Saidaioujou, so, I actually wonder with current Xenia Canary... if it is also slightly better!~
For me, since updating definitely less lag on SDOJ!

Did you try it with latest Xenia Canary? Do not know why, but for me, it is a big difference! I had never played SDOJ in Arcade, but yes, with ROM in RetroArch... it is a bit noisy and hard to read. Too bad EXA is maybe even less accessible to most of us, than even arcade, lol. But, if ever go to Japan, will want to try it!~
As of now, no, it still doesn't work.
Ah, pants. Thanks for letting me know.

Code: Select all
apu_max_queued_frames = 4
Looks to be unsupported as of now. Reproduced the same issue with all three branches of Xenia (Master/Canary/Edge).
Your easiest reference is compare to YouTube video!~tapirashabrack wrote: ↑Mon Mar 23, 2026 9:39 amHowever, I do feel the game runs very fast. I don’t remember exactly how it ran on my Xbox 360—I sold it a long time ago—but it feels like the speed might not be very accurate.
Has anyone ever figured this out X_X?!~
