The link is / was to the developer's website, which sadly went down sometime in 2022 I believe. However, Archive.org has it archived, and has the zip files for the game downloadable (which is a bit surprising as it seems rare for an Archive.org link to also save all the images and zip files properly, kudos to them):

Apologies if this has been explained elsewhere, but what exactly does this mean?
When I wanted to dive into this a while back, I thought the only way to get the original framerate / game speed was with X68k emulation (which my computer struggles with).
Any help much appreciated.

Apologies if this has been explained elsewhere, but what exactly does this mean?

Nvidia and AMD GPU software can be used to limit the FPS of specific programs. I remember having to use it for Dustforce since that game does not play nice with monitors that don't have a multiple of 60hz.
Edit: Jaimers' video says he uses a program called Special K

My first 1-ALL from back in November!
The whole run was no-miss till the end of the last boss's first phase x_x
I got into scoreplay to stock up on extends so that I could limp over the finish line haha

When I come back to this for my 2-ALL I'm definitely gonna emulate it so I can feel the benefit of slowdown and save-states.
