Why ?

You have a normal autofire button with the default settings (btw i dont use it, because i never use autofire option in a game).

But building a device to activate a special autofire mode sounds like cheating to me.

Whats next ?
Building a robot which can dodge perfectly ?

For my part I use autofire and didn`t feel bad. Realy to lazy for it. Anough doing this when I playing flying shark or terra cresta.

The C button is a key part of the game system here. And autofirehack is not cheating, is a work of art. Btw, to each his own

LUNardei, so "autofirehack" is just a word of using the c button ( autofirebutton) to play the game like it should ? - No extra hardware, right?

No, A B and C are default. Autofirehack or alternate fire means that you are using further buttons (ie A+, C+) to have different autofire frequencies. Read some strats for more details!

Yeah, this happens to me a lot. After an hours play you finally get a run that you chain stage 3 well and then the nerves kick in on the boss.

A fantastically low score from stage 4 is also a hallmark of mine these days.

Thanks. I discovered I only used the C+ on the stage 2 midboss, and with it I could get a counter of 70-80,000 there usually. But without it, by just smashing the C button, I can get 40-50,000, and that's good enough.
I don't use C+ at all on my stage 3 pattern, so I figured I should just stick to the Default (no rapid fire) settings for my runs. It's actually more rewarding and satisifying to get a high score without rapid fire. Once I 1CC it this way, I'll probably go back and try to exploit rapid fire.

All but 100,000 of those points were had by the end of stage 3. I ran into a bullet in the beginning of stage 4 to end my game.

My stage 3 is getting better and better. I seem to chain it fairly well now, I peaked at a 60,000 counter after the first side arm thing (whatever those are called), too bad it fell apart at the end. I really need to learn how to properly do that last part of the level, it should boost my Stage 3 score by 20-40 million (at least).

Yeah, Stage 3 can make you or break you in this game. My 118 mil run was with a pretty mediocre at best stage 3 run, and I completely screwed the latter half of stage 4 (the only other part in the game where I have a chance to do some decent scoring). I pissed a way 50-70 million easily.

The kicker is, I know I will crush my score sometime, but won't have the clear... so I'm working on Galuda 2 for now.
