it anymore. I'll describe it, and if anyone remembers it, and knows the
name, please do let me know. As you can already tell, it's been bugging
me for decades...
I remember the name being 'Cobra Command', or something close to that. It's probably known as a number of different names. Yes, I know there is a game by that name, where it is a horizontal shoot 'em up with a Huey Cobra helicopter. The game I'm talking about is like this:
It's a first-person flight simulation. The game includes high quality
animation sequences in the intro and ending. It is a huge simulator
console just Afterburner. There is a flightstick. You fly in one of the
Cobra helicopters. You are essentially the gunner. You use the stick to
aim and fire at designated targets. The game follows a detailed
multi-stage story. It is linear. On occasion, you are required to
'pilot', usually in situations of evasive manoeuvres. It look of it is
basically of a high quality cartoon (for the time).
