battery power hasn't been a problem for me so far, i've mainly been playing it on the bus, with some brief sessions at school for flavor.
sengoku cannon - i think it is ok, but honestly, its a shame that Psikyo's name is pasted all over it. suck it x-nauts.
star soldier - better than decent, but not excellent. its more complicated than i was expecting. and honestly, i still don't understand it completely (gold pyramids, anyone?). but its been pretty fun during the few chances i've had to play it.
dj max - still the fav. but the game seriously crushes my soul with the difficulty, and also derives some sexual pleasure while doing it. i can't even pass the first track on easy without missing a beat. my problem lies in reading the columns and sending the appropriate response to my fingers... it's just not happening.
syphon filter - i'm very impressed with this one. mechanically its a bit limited but that seems more to do with sony's hardware (the controls) than the actual game. sony bend's control system is as good as we can expect i think. the actual action is well thought out and enjoyable. story is meh so far, but since i started with shmups story has become a negative in general ().
graphics are great, it is insane playing a game that looks like this on a handheld system. i still recall wowing my class-mates with the NGPC.

only problem with this department, is the refresh on the PSP seems way to slow to handle games like this. its almost like the game has a motion blur filter, you get used to it, but still...

and zweihander, thank's for that contribution. i think we all learned, and grew as people... :B
