Looks real interesting.
Tiny things that irk me:
The weedy 'tong' sound when that evil head hits the anvil ... make it a 'crash' (maybe a bit of echo for scale) pretty please ... played it several times in succession to torture myself... You've got the screen shake - lets get the boom.
Trailer link at bottom on website doesn't work.
Non-symetrical nature of the 3d skull/helmet key art - metal left ear (?) section is appears pulled out, right appears pushed in - makes it lopsided, even if it's not a mistake then it just looks like one.
... It's ok but unless you work up the 3d logo text to match the skull/helmet key art with the same kind of markings/scale etc., I'd be tempted to flatten it and tighten/work it up to be more graphic/logo/tidied styled, and I'll pull out one of my favourite refs for something like that:

... I think you'll find this holds up to any size/format of layout a lot better than anything realistic/perspective dependant.
... and then use this same text in the trailer...
The trailer skull key art kind of works, but the title text doesn't imho.
I'd give your title a little more time at the beginng of the trailer too ... let it glitch in from black, before going into gameplay. Give it a bit of horror-space-to-breath.
Doesn't need to be as drawn out as most of these, but some food for thought:

... in fact...
https://videohive.net/item/dark-glitch-opener/2599897 ... 0-6 secs/skip to 13/14-17 secs to end it... into gameplay. Something like that timing - only 9/10 seconds - but could give the whole thing a lot more gravitas... and then action
Certainly going on my wishlist.
Good luck!
