Can any PCB owners confirm this?freddiebamboo wrote:I really agree with this, but I'm hoping it's just poor emulation in mame. It just seems too twitchy and unpredictable.GaijinPunch wrote: I find the controls in ESPRade to be by far, the most clunky of any of Cave's efforts past Donpachi.
Why I now like Espgaluda

I have the PCB, and have no idea what you guys are talking about. I've also played it in mame on a cab. Maybe you guys are using pads or something? Or maybe its the fact that the hit box is a lot larger in ESPRade than in other cave games?CFO wrote:Can any PCB owners confirm this?freddiebamboo wrote:I really agree with this, but I'm hoping it's just poor emulation in mame. That's weird, it feels smaller than dodonpachi's to me.Dave_K. wrote:I have the PCB, and have no idea what you guys are talking about. I've also played it in mame on a cab. I believe it's actually bigger than Guwanges. Then again, there's probably less bullets on screen than Guwange though.
I do not play on a pad. Both of my setups use the same Seimitsu stick. It just feels different than other Cave games (hit box and all -- harder to go through swarms... you have to go around them). I'm sure it's not the emulation.
