The shmup I've been working on, JPO in SLC is finished. Go to rest30.com , video game division, and click the link (probably right click and "save as"), unzip, and click the executable. Windows only, and probably won't play full speed unless... you're not using MY laptop. The four interesting things about it could be...
1. It was made by a layperson (myself), using Tall Studio's "Shoot'em up Kit" by John and Karen Reynolds.
2. It's made with 100% google art collage, some parts as a collage using stranger's art (so please forgive me if that's you), and some parts to honor some of my favorite games (there's some Strider sprites and Blazing star sprites etc.). Anyways, the art style is photo collage made using "gif search" through google.
3. It's a documentary shmup.
4. It doesn't say this on the website, but it's format is one-off arcade machine with special controls. If you live in Salt Lake City, please keep your eye out for the release next month.
Please feel free to check it out and see if you find it interesting.
--if it is running slow, the collisions will stop registering. So forget about it. (It can go slow on my laptop, it plays great in the cabinet).
