Reverse Role Schmup

Has anyone heard of a role reversal schmup, where you play essentially as the boss and have to defeat small nimble ships? I'm looking for a game with this concept.

The closest shmup to this is Change Air Blade when you play it in 2 Player mode, as the top ship you can transform into a boss.

There's a Flash game that's exactly that.

If we count Change Air Blade then we can also have the Senko no Ronde series. 8)
