Yes, but that doesn't mean the scores are invalid. Normally when someone recreates a high score thread they copy over the existing scores from the old thread; the purpose of the new thread isn't to get rid of the old, it's to transfer ownership from an inactive member to an active one.

The old thread hasn't been updated in a while but that's because there haven't been any new scores posted. I don't see the need for a new thread if nobody's posted a score that needs to be added to the table. AFAIK Rob is still around (his last post was less than a month ago) - did you PM him asking if he was still interested in owning the thread?

Also, your link to the old thread is broken, you might want to fix that.

Perhaps that old topic was last active on 2009 and abandoned at present. Edited on first post. I wanted to post this because I still love Giga Wing though.

It was active that long ago because nobody has posted a score since then. Post a score instead of (poorly) creating a new thread for a game with an active thread maintainer.

It was last updated in 2015, which is the last time anyone posted a score.
