Aero fighters 2, general tips and advice

A local Barcade just opened up in the area I'm currently in, they've got a a 1943 and an Aero Fighters 2. 1943 I have knowledge on but AF2 is a mysterious game that I don't see much info on anywhere. Aside from destructible bullet milking and grabbing medals towards the top of the screen, I can't really figure out much else

Thx for sharing that, Shepardus. That guy has lots of tidbits that I never knew before about AF2, I always took it for quite a simple game.

Is there any difference between Sonic Wings 2 and Aero Fighters 2 (i.e. US vs Japan bios?) other than the title?

Nope except that the different BIOS files for different regions take different amounts of frames to load up. That's the only reason replays break with different BIOS - extra frames when the game starts up cause them to go offsync.
