I doubt we'll see the difference on launch day due to lack of familiarity with the PS3 hardware from a developer standpoint. Plus by that point 360 game graphical quality will be beginning to hit its stride. As an example, show me a PS2 launch game that looked better than the Dreamcast version of MDK2 (not counting Primal Image Vol. 1

). You also have to decide what you consider good "graphics." Many Dreamcast games ran at a more consistent framerate than most PS2 games, the Dreamcast had somewhat better texture manipulation (and could push higher resolution textures in most cases), etc. There's really no way to tell how good or bad any of the system's graphics will be on a finished game until the game itself is out.
Just seems silly to bring system wars into a thread about two awesome looking
arcade games anyway, no matter how much you think it's common sense.
VF5 on PS3 is a no-brainer, Sega would be stupid not to do that. I do hope both do get 360 releases as well since though since they'll get more exposure that way.
What's the Lindbergh's guts like? If they were on Chihiro I'd say a 360 port would be obvious but Sega seems to have dropped that completely?
Sega did a great job supporting both the PS2 and the XBox (moreso the XBox IMO) this generation so I look forward to seeing what they do.
I'm still waiting for that "promised" Planet Harriers port though.
I remember the official stance on renegging on that and not porting it. The game was too short for console audiences.
A week later I the Dreamcast ports of 18 Wheeler and Charge 'N Blast on the shelf at Gamestop.
