I am right across the sea to Play-Asia HQ, why does I always receive my copy on Sat. Play-Asia said they have the game shipped two days ago....
(They do shipped on Tue, I received an order two days ago...)

the cell-shaded graphics look pretty nice. very colorful and cartoony in presentation. soundtrack is upbeat and catchy.
Sound like the style I like.

Well, if there is only one rotate directly is avaliable, it usually counter-clockwise. In fact my RGB monitor could only rotate counter-clockwise, if a game could only rotate clockwise, it's TATE would be usless to me.

there are 3 shot types (lock-on lasers, bullets, and bubbles), 3 different ship speeds, and you also have a close range sword attack.
you use the "ABS" barrier to convert bullets into energy for your multiplier bar.
the barrier is filled by destroying enemies and canceling certain bullets with the sword.
there are also power-ups that refill the barrier, and you can hit them with your sword (but I'm not sure of the effects).
the multiplier bar is filled by using the ABS barrier on bullets and scraping enemies/blocking shots with your shield.
it affects the amount of points for enemies/bullets that you eliminate.
its challenging to maintain the multiplier bar and ABS barrier while dodging shots and taking out all the waves of enemies.
The game system seem quite complicated. I think it would take some times to understand.
