Yep, really like it a lot. The combination of fast and calmer parts is also pretty effective. I wonder btw. how long stage 8 is with such a long track and what happens in it. Must be some epic stuff going on in it.

In this run I just posted, I was experimenting with routes and rank and everything and I think I've figured out a bit more. I think the routes and possibly the TLB requirements are all tied to destroy rate. In the run I posted, I switched the left panel to see my game stats instead of cheer stuff, and I think the requirement to stay on S route is to get over 95% (maybe 97?)destroy rate for each stage. I think getting TLB may be linked to getting over 95% destroy for the entire game or something similar. But since someone asked for a run, I thought I'd put one up for now.

This was a pretty shitty run overall, played on Easy, but to get an idea of how Normal looks, just speed up the enemy bullet speed x2. I got lazy and fucked up my weapon pickup right before the last boss, too, so that was dumb, and I was playing on a monitor setup I don't usually use for shmups, so things didn't turn out that well. Anyway, for anyone who wants to see the whole game, there it is.

I don't think most people wait until the very day/week a game releases to buy a console. Most I've found buy it ahead of time in preparation for the launch of the game they want, and especially when that game launch is near the beginning of the year, holiday of the previous year is usually when that purchase happens, when consoles are all on sale for like 2/3 of the regular price.

Frankly, if you have no desire to replay it, Raiden V probably isn't for you and would be terrible value. It's pretty expensive and is what, an hour long? And it's not even top-notch triple-A production value. If you're not interested in getting better at the game and just want to cruise through a sight-seeing tour, there are much better games and genres for that.

According to discussions on 2ch, to fight the Final Boss, all 3 weapons have to be upgraded to level 10. Therefore, sticking on one weapon (especially the powerful swing Vulcan) won't work.

I'm not sure whether 1cc is another requirement to fight the final boss.

If you beat the final boss, but not going through all S-route stages, you will reach A-End. Beating the final boss and going through all S-route will reach S-End(best ending).

And there is a C-End(bad end) for not destroying enough.

I haven't checked 2ch in a few days, I guess that sums it up. It definitely doesn't require 1CC to fight the TLB, I got it on 2 runs that where I had to continue. Thanks for scavenging the boards some more, 2ch is such a disorganized archaic mess, I can't stand looking for info on there.

Stage 1 provides 2 Power-Ups, 1 Bomb.
Stage 2 provides 3 Power-Ups, 1 Bomb, 1 Fairy.
Stage 3 provides 4 Power-Ups, 1 Bomb.
Stage 4 provides 5 Power-Ups, 1 Bomb.
Stage 5 provides 3 Power-Ups, 2 Bombs, 1 Fairy.
Stage 6 provides 4 Power-Ups, 1 Bomb.
Stage 7 provides 4 Power-Ups, 1 Bomb.
Stage 8 provides 6 Power-Ups, 2 Bombs, 1 Fairy.

So, all stages provide 31 Power-Ups, 10 Bombs, 3 Fairies. In order to reach the Final Boss, only up to 4 Power-ups can be wasted.(Because we need 27 Power-Ups to upgrade 3 weapons to maximum)

The time we get all weapons to full power is at Stage 8.

No, they're saying that you have to fully power up all your weapons in one run to reach the TLB.

And it is possible to powerup all your weapons fully in a single credit of Radiant Silvergun, arcade mode at least. Probably not possible in Saturn/Story mode due to the increased exp requirements (which compensates for the increased length of the game) but I've seen runs getting near full in two of the three categories.

There is no "Stage 2-S", only Stage 2-A and 2-B.

S route and C route become available after Stage 3.
