My bvm 201fe flickers vertically in menu (up/down, approx. 1cm).. No sources being connected so far..
should i be concerned this would be in games also? How to fix that?

That is totally normal. Menu works differently from actual sources.

Yes, it's not necessarily a problem, though 1cm does sound like a lot for it to jump, but it's normal for it to jump back and forth a little bit.
And learn from this - get everything you need to test a monitor BEFORE buying the monitor. If at all possible, test the monitor with real games before buying it.

What do mean scrolling? I thought you meant jittery like moving up and down repeatedly? If so then yes all BVM (at least that I've used) do that in the menus when no source is connected. Why?
