on the side topic, I never had any trouble with the perspective in Under Defeat either.

if you want to check real hell on this matter, take a look at stage 5 from Master of Weapon....

Great responses guys, keep them comin'.

We are still on the hunt for someone to translate these for G.rev.

What would you like covered on the STGWeekly Strania recap episode?

I really only have two questions:

Any plans for ports to PS4? Border Down?

I'd love to know about the lineage of the staff, what games they've worked on prior to G.Rev.

I am interested in hearing about their involvement in uncredited subcontracted works, although I understand if they can't say anything due to NDA.

What the status on the Under Defeat HD+ patch? Will it ever be released in other territories outside Japan?

Thanks for organising this chaps! I can't wait to hear the response.
I have some more aesthetic questions.

The atmosphere and music of Under Defeat has a wonderful melancholic feel in places. Where there any specific inspirations for this mood?
(I mean other pieces of media, I know its set during a war.)

Do you see any profit from the games appearence in Nessica Cabinets?

Where there any issues localising the game in Europe considoring the design of the characters?
Contraversial question I know!

Are there any plans to develop a fourth Game Center CX game?

One thing that I've always wondered:
Why is there no extend in Under Defeat? I tend to play for score in most shmups and it's always nice to hear a little melody or reward for meeting a certain # (also nice to have an extra life for later on in the game). I'm guessing it's because of the abundance of bombs but was just curious :)

Would like to know which classic shmups and not only games were inspirational/influental for them.

Same for movies/manga/anime/music.

What are your thoughts on a collaborative project with Qute or Pyramid ?
