Soundtracks most of the time are just mp3 files in a separate folder downloaded again the game so yeah, you can copy them at will. Some games even come with the FLACs in another folder but it's not as common, varies from dev to dev.

This is how most of our soundtracks work. We'll try to get lossless FLAC again this time with Mushi's OST.

Also, is there a particular reason why it takes Degica so long to put up Steam pages for upcoming games? The Raiden IV Overkill page was available many weeks before launch, while the Eschatos page was set up just a few days in advance.

CC:WI was a unique situation where, unfortunately, the composer had lost the original lossless audio files to a hard drive crash. We tried to get them, but they're just not available!

We put up pages as soon as we have all assets in place, sometimes that takes a while =P.

I don't have a dog in this silly fight, but if you're going to buy this to "support" the release of more shooters, don't do it for Cave. Do it for Degica. They're the ones with the energy, enthusiasm, and future. Give them additional evidence to convince more developers to bring their games out of the distribution dark ages.

In this case it would be doing it for both Cave and Degica. Get two birds stoned at once
