I'm not sure if they can be faked, but the ICANN Whois results for this domain and degica.com line up pretty convincingly. That tweet is also now pinned in their timeline.

Either way, if this is real then I'm glad that CAVE is finally giving the PC a chance; and if it isn't, then whatever.

Also I bet we can expect straight conversions of the 360 ports, which isn't bad, but not great either, as several have serious accuracy and visual presentation issues.

All new hi-res ports would be fantastic, with fixed everything too for those like MMP/PS that have been butchered, but I guess that will remain a dream. I'd pay the high price for those. ^^

I think 360 port on steam would be pretty for a start, and if it sells good they can maybe update to correct the small issues, i would be very happy with only 360 ports on steam !

Also, the website caveSHMUPS.com is clearly a way to attract occidental market (japanese people dont talk about SHMUPS but STG), in other words, this project has been made for us to consume guys, so we should be happy and not complain too much

Not complaining, just started sceptical because of that slightly clumsy page (yeah I would have expected 'STG' as well).
And also being demanding isn't bad. Accepting whatever we get without questioning the quality is (considering we're going to pay).
360 ports were good but we've all played those since, and on genuine PC hardware we can legitimately expect a little better (like aformentioned improvements and correctives) for some titles.
